16+

Age & character

Any person not below 16 years of age and of proven character may apply.

Written application

Members are admitted on applying in writing to the Management Committee, subject to approval of the General Meeting.

Entrance fee

A one-time entrance fee applies on confirmation of membership — contact us for the current amount.

Share capital

Every member holds a stake in the Society

Members subscribe to shares in the Society, building an ownership stake that grows alongside their savings. Share values and minimum holdings are reviewed periodically by the General Meeting — contact us for current terms.

Savings

Three ways members save

Ordinary thrift savings

Every member contributes a fixed amount monthly, paid at the monthly General Meeting.

Special savings

Members may save any additional amount monthly, withdrawable on short notice.

Deposits

Deposits of any amount, at any time, withdrawable as required — large withdrawals may need one month's notice.

Loans

Loan terms

Loans are made for productive purposes, reviewed by the Loan Committee against the Society's available funds. Interest rates, repayment periods and security requirements are kept competitive and member-friendly — contact us for current terms and to apply.
